Welcome.
Welcome to the place where the
slow, steady
rhythms of nature meet you with opportunities for
simple, creative expression
without striving or comparison but instead
a felt-sense of peace.
This is a space where you get to remember how to
just be…
while feeling deeply supported in your
unique process.
I welcome you and look forward to walking together.
When we approach the natural world (and ourselves) with reverence, great things decide to approach us.
Our real life comes to the surface and its light awakens the concealed beauty in things.
When we walk on the earth with reverence, beauty will decide to trust us.
The rushed heart and arrogant mind lack the gentleness and patience to enter that embrace.
John O'Donohue
Our lives have meaning;
being in nature helps us remember
what it means to be human, alive and moving through constant change with a
greater sense of self & belonging.
The research found that nature-based therapy improves patients’ self-esteem and decreases depression [40]; improves motivation and social interaction [41]; reduces healthcare consumption [39]; increases mental well-being, and engagement, and can give participants a sense of meaningfulness [21,35].
Overall, the potential of nature-based therapy is highly promising.
A Medicine Woman’s Prayer
I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless
I will not fix you, for you are not broken
I will not heal you, for I see in your wholeness
I will walk with you through darkness,
As you remember your light

Creative resilience coaching is a term used to describe the holistic, therapeutic modality I utilize in one-on-one and small group coaching sessions.
It is a customized, embodied experience of one : being deeply supported in and by the natural setting of your choosing, such as a beach, grassy sculpture park, a quiet lake, a deep forest trail, or a neighborhood rose garden. And two : participating in the opportunity to create a simple yet meaningful expression of your personal growth process with found, natural materials or sometimes paint and other mediums depending on your preference.
It is this combination of creative, process-focused expression + the movement/stillness of "nature-bathing" all held in a non-hierarchal coaching relationship that provides such a powerful opportunity for personal reset.
Clients can find themselves feeling gently shifted towards a greater sense of relaxation, regulation, and self-understanding. Personal clarity and renewed direction are often the result of these earth-art therapy coaching sessions.
This modality can be helpful for clients who are moving through experiences of grief, anxiety, depression, anger, fear, disillusionment, disembodiment, ambivalence, or loss of personal vision and direction.
Therapeutic coaching can be a great compliment to other forms of healing. A holistic, team approach can be utilized for clients also working with their functional medicine, allopathic or osteopathic doctor, bodyworker, psychotherapist, spiritual advisor, or other mentors.
Creative resilience coaching offers an alternative to the standard “talk therapy” that so many of us have looped through in the past. Having someone to listen is so needed and definitely provides a balm but in my experience nature + art take the process of growth and resolution to new levels.

Every session is completely unique and the experience is far from typical but there are some common threads. Each session will begin with time to connect, slow down and settle in, we will orient to the landscape, review where we last left off and notice what is present in the moment, specific goals will be discussed for the session, an invitation to gentle movement including stretching and walking will be offered, as well as, ample time to engage in guided creative process, reflection through discussion and journaling will be available, then we will gradually make our return and close our session together.
All necessary materials will be provided. Simply bring a dedicated journal, water, and wear comfortable, weather-friendly clothes.
Sessions are held at local nature parks, beaches & gardens and are 75 minutes in length unless previously scheduled otherwise.
I work with women and men of all ages. I also work with kids and their parents in session.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in my therapeutic coaching practice. My favorite colors are blues and greens. I have a little dog named Solstice and I love sushi and tacos. Hmm…what else? ; )
I graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. I later went on to pursue training and certification as part of a cohort of students to become a Creative Depth Coach with Cat Caracelo of Journey Path Institute.
The initial, year long program of studying myth, symbol, metaphor, and meaning using art, psycho-spiritual and esoteric approaches, with emotional resiliency through a coaching lens changed the entire course of my life and allowed me to acquire the skills to meet clients from a holistic, person-centered perspective.
My work with clients is deeply relational, strengths-based, values-oriented, eclectic and down-to-earth.
“For us to tolerate the rigors of engaging the images, emotions, memories, and dreams that arise in times of grief, we need to fortify our interior ground. This is done through developing a practice that we sustain over time. Any form will do—writing, drawing, meditation, prayer, dance, or something else—as long as we continue to show up and maintain our effort. A practice offers ballast, something to help us hold steady in difficult times. This deepens our capacity to hold the vulnerable emotions surrounding loss without being overwhelmed by them. Grief work is not passive: it implies an ongoing practice of deepening, attending and listening. It is an act of devotion, rooted in love and compassion.”
